The water pump is excellent, and much more compact than dedicated brands that “specialise” in 12v pumps. Next on my list is a hot water. The service, shipping time and product far exceeded my expectations. Hopefully any warranty issues that may/may not arise are handled just as effortlessly.
This 6L per minute pump is a must if you want to use your smarttek black to its full potential.

We have suffered for years having cold showers when going off-grid, we have used our Smartek shower now every winter for the last 4 or 5 years.
We have just had to replace the pump due to 12v issue I couldn’t be bothered trying to fix so just ordered a new one.
Very good, didn't have any issues. Easy to assemble
