Our Australian Customer Support is available every day of the year up to 7pm AEDT and yes we are real people.

All you need to do is make sure you are in front of your product ready for testing when you call.

We are gas experts! If you experience an issue with a Smarttek Product the Smarttek Customer Support team should be contacted for assistance.
We are so confident we can help you with your Smarttek Hot Water System over the phone that if the Smarttek Customer Support team cannot solve or rectify the issue or fault over the phone the claim will be recorded and we will provide you a Warranty Postage Label with clear packing instructions.
It’s that simple.

Note: Warranty repairs are normally completed within 7 days of arriving into our repair center. 

Standard Warranty

Beginning on the date of the original purchase stated on the Proof of Purchase, Smarttek offers the warranty terms mentioned in the Smarttek Standard Warranty policy.

The standard warranty period for:
Smarttek Black Smart Hot Water System – 3 Years*
Smarttek Lite Smart Hot Water System – 1 Year
Smarttek 6 Smart Hot Water Systems (discontinued) – 3 Years*
Smarttek Double Ensuite Shower Tent – 1 Year
All other Smarttek Products – 1 Year 

We warrant all newly purchased Smarttek Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Smarttek Specifications and the user instruction manual for the standard warranty period.

Any Damage cause by or through physical damage, infestation, accidental damage, improper use, frost damage, acts of God or normal wear and tear of this product is not covered by this warranty.
