We currently offer Free Shipping Site Wide on all products available on www.smarttek.com.au
We use Australia Post and other Registered Couriers if required.
We currently only ship within Australia unless contacted via email and arrangements are coordinated.
We make all reasonable efforts to achieve and where possible exceed the following delivery expectations:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday of receipt of payment.
In most cases; Dispatch is completed same day on all orders received before 12pm AEST.
Orders are usually received within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
All delivery will be made to the address specified in the order on the date requested. Anyone at Smarttek may charge you additional delivery fees unless we were provided instructions to leave the equipment at a specific location. Once the goods are delivered to you, or an authorised representative, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they become lost or damaged. Smarttek may charge you additional delivery fees for subsequent delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, and Smarttek is covering the cost of freight to receive your item back, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
