AUQuality of the system out of the box was impressive. I had my own 6lpm pump and It did take a bit of adjustment to get it set where i wanted it, once that was done it is all working exactly as it should.

AUHello, I used the smarttek HWS shower on my recent camping trip. After 3 days in the bush plus swimming in the ocean, hiking, fishing and mountain bike riding i was getting a tad feral. It was pure luxury to have a nice warm shower and wash away the dirt & grime. :) The shower is easy to set up and use the only adjustment i have made is to add a 1.5m length of braided Stainless steel hose to the 2m smarttek shower head & hose i purchased with the unit. I also added an extra flat washer to the smarttek shower hose connector and thread tape to all connections. I noticed that water was coming out of the connector when the shower head was turned to off. Apart from that the shower unit works really well. Thank You Smarttek i will now be able to stay out in the bush for longer and not worry about going into town for supplies looking and smelling like a bushman :)
